To All Staff Members and Families,

We would like to welcome and introduce Melissa Torres-Nuno, Nurse Practitioner who joins Meliha Malagic, NP. She has worked at Amita St. Mary of Nazareth Medical Center. She graduated from St. Xavier with her BSN and got her MSN-FNP at Chamberlain. She started a couple of weeks ago and is spending time with Meliha as well as Dr. Max from McAuley and the DON’s on campus, Mariana Montes, Laurie Tate, Diana Echavarria, and Leticia Annoreno. We are confident that we can continue to offer quality medical services to our residents. We also feel confident that we will soon have a Medical Director who is on staff at St. Francis. We are pleased that Dr. Brian Chicoine continues to consult with us and is utilizing Telemed services. As things settle down, and we believe someday they will, we hope there will be opportunities for our families to meet Melissa and Meliha and other members of the medical team.
